Voice is billed per connected call — an unanswered or busy number costs you nothing. Every slab below shows the base amount and the GST-inclusive total, with pulse duration confirmed in your written quote before you buy.

Per-unit rates are quoted excluding GST, as is standard in the industry. The column marked You pay is the real amount including 18% GST, worked out for each slab so you are not doing the arithmetic yourself.

The number that actually decides your cost on a voice campaign is not the per-call rate, it is the answer rate. Thirty thousand dials on a cold purchased list might connect ten thousand times, so your real cost per person reached is three times the headline figure. Your own customer list will answer far better, which is the main reason we will ask where the list came from before a large broadcast.
Pulse duration — whether a call is billed in 30-second or 60-second units — materially changes the cost of a long recording, so we put it in writing in your quote rather than leaving it in the small print. Press-1 response capture, retries and the reports are included in the rate, not charged as add-ons.

Am I charged for calls that are not answered?
No. Billing is per connected call, so busy, unanswered and switched-off numbers cost you nothing. Only calls that actually connected and played your message are deducted.
How is the call duration billed?
In pulses. The pulse duration applicable to your account is stated in your written quote before you buy, because it changes the cost of a long recording significantly. A 45-second message on a 30-second pulse is billed as two.
Does the price include press-1 lead capture?
Yes. Keypress response capture, retry on no-answer, scheduled dialling and the per-number reports are part of the service, not separately licensed add-ons.
Is voice OTP priced the same as a voice broadcast?
