Campaigns that go out clean, and only bill for real numbers.
The hidden cost in bulk SMS is not the rate, it is the list. A purchased database of two lakh numbers will be substantially DND, a slice of it invalid, and a further slice duplicated across three files. Charge for all of it and the effective cost per delivered message is nothing like the headline rate. Our panel scrubs the DND registry, removes duplicates and strips invalid numbers before dispatch, and deducts credits only for numbers actually attempted.
The rest of it is campaign hygiene. Promotional traffic is allowed between 9 AM and 9 PM under TRAI norms, so a festive blast is scheduled rather than fired at midnight; contact groups let you message one city or one branch instead of the whole file; and the report afterwards splits delivery by operator, which is how you find out that a weak result was a network and not your creative.
- Automatic DND scrubbing — credits are used only for numbers actually attempted.
- Excel or CSV upload with duplicate removal and invalid-number cleaning built in.
- Scheduled campaigns — queue a festive blast weeks ahead, down to the minute.
- Contact groups so you can message one city, one branch or one segment at a time.
- Operator-wise analytics — sent, delivered and failed, split by Airtel, Jio, Vi and BSNL.
