Bulk sending that does not cost you the number.
The cheap way to send bulk WhatsApp is a desktop tool or a modified app that blasts messages from a personal number. It works for a while, and then the number is banned, usually in the middle of a campaign and permanently. Everyone who has done it in a trading market in Jaipur knows somebody this has happened to.
The official route is different in the ways that matter. Business-initiated messages go out as templates Meta has approved in advance, to people who opted in, from a verified business number that is not at risk for sending them. You can attach an image, a PDF rate list or a catalogue, add buttons, and see exactly which of the ten thousand were delivered and read.
It is not free, and it should not be sold as free. Meta charges per 24-hour conversation by category, and we pass that through at cost on top of our platform fee. For a campaign that actually gets opened and replied to, the cost per response still tends to beat the SMS equivalent by a distance — and we will put both sets of numbers next to each other before you commit.
- Approved templates, personalised name, order number, amount, due date and other variables filled per recipient from your own sheet or system.
- Attachments that actually arrive images, PDF rate lists, catalogues and brochures as real attachments, not links.
- Buttons and quick replies call, visit, or a one-tap reply, so a campaign produces a conversation rather than a dead end.
- Opt-out handled properly stop requests recorded and suppressed automatically, which is both the rule and the reason accounts stay healthy.
- Real per-message reporting delivered, read and failed against each number, exportable — not a single campaign-level percentage.
